Almost anything with the word “ninja” in the title deserves to be reviewed; either for good or for evil.  The Euro-Pro Ninja Master Prep Blender and Food Processor is probably one of the best that I’ve used, especially considering the price.  It’s got a 48 ounce blender and a 2 cup food processor with a power rod that is interchangeable between the two.  The 400 watt motor means it has the power to mince, chop, dice, and puree almost any food you put into it and it does so masterfully.  Unfortunately, it’s not meant to run for long periods of time (i.e. more than 2 minutes at once).

You can use it to make smoothie drinks, salsas, sauces, and more and the best thing about this product is that it doesn’t cost you a fortune.  At just under $40, it’s a wonder for anyone who doesn’t use a blender on a regular basis, but needs something every once in a while that can get the job done.

As for cleaning the blades, they are detachable.  It’s also dishwasher safe.
